Aquarium Maintenance
When major problems occur in an aquarium, it can take months of recovery before the underwater ecosystem is back to normal. This is why Diamond Aquatics provides regular aquarium maintenance that is essential to the health of your aquarium and the animals within it. We provide NY Aquarium Service and New Jersey Aquarium Service.
Each scheduled aquarium maintenance service includes:
• a 20-30% water change
• substrate “hydro-cleaning”
• filter maintenance
• basic water testing
These procedures help reduce nitrate and phosphate build-up which have been proven to foster excessive growth of problematic algae inside the tank.
